Crane Or Bail For Assymetrical Spinnaker?

Rich Morpurgo

We are going to add an assymetrical spinnaker to our sail inventory. How has anyone rigged this on a westsail 32. I have the mast down and want to add what is best now.

something like this maybe?

I have a bail that attaches to the top of the mast, and sticks out ahead of the headstay. Attach a swivel block to the bail for the halyard.

FLASH... Large inventory of used sailboat equipment, parts & supplies at great prices. After a 10-year circumnavigation in a Westsail 43, the owners are now clearing out all the excess and getting back to life ashore. Outfit your boat with well-kept equipment and save yourself a bunch of cash in the process!
