I have a factory finished '77 model and neither the fuel or water tanks require the nav station or galley to be disassembled to remove/replace them. Maybe it was an owner completed or modified boat where they put some tanks in that area...

Is the '77 hull different from earlier models such that the tanks cannot be replaced thru the cabin sole hatches?
