W32 Subject Of This Book For Sale.

RJ Burns and Jen Harner

Hello All,

I was browsing my favorite used book store and came across "The Race" by JTW Hubbard.

Here is the description from the cover. "A university professor sails a boat he built by himself (W32, Johan Loyd) in a single handed transatlantic race (OSTAR 84). He tells the story with drama, wit and insight." 91 boats started and 64 finished.

I had read this book in the past and enjoyed it. I found it interesting, humorous and informative.

I do not think there are many copies of this book floating around so picked it up thinking one of the WOA members would be interested in reading it.

If anyone is interested I would sell it for just what I paid plus shipping.

RJ

PS: Does anybody know where this boat is now?

Dfharris02
