Thanks and fair winds!

I would reccomend getting a small hand held Pur for emergencies and a full sized engine or DC driven for daily use. We started our Spectra when we arrived in the Channel Islands and are able to make 12.5 GPH @ drawing 15 amps per hr. This allows us to make water without running the engine as our solar panels can handle the load.

FLASH... Large inventory of used sailboat equipment, parts & supplies at great prices. After a 10-year circumnavigation in a Westsail 43, the owners are now clearing out all the excess and getting back to life ashore. Outfit your boat with well-kept equipment and save yourself a bunch of cash in the process!
