Bronze Admiralty Anchor..Help?

Rod Lawson

I just acquired a solid cast bronze admiralty anchor (70lb) for my westsail 32. It has the marking "CLH" and "1953" and is professionally and beautifully manufactured. I haven't been able to find any history on it and would appreciate if anyone knows anything about where it may have come from. Has anyone seen a bronze anchor before? The curiosity is killing me. thanks. (I know it's not a westsail question but it's hanging off a westsail.
