A useful tool for deep cycle Batteries is a desulator. This reverses the sulfation that occurs from incomplete charging. Usually these units are expensive but through my father-in law (an aviation maven) I learned about this unit which is very reasonable ~$20. Problem is that we need some more folks to express interest to get another manufacturing run. They sold out very quickly in the last month, Mr. Barker will set up another run if enough people are interested. Even if you don't get this one, using one can extend the life of your batteries
