Bud,
Thank you for the info. It looks as if all good things must come to an end, and so is the case with trying to keep alive these old seacocks. Looking at the new Groco, online, they have a bronze body and stainless steel ball. Sounds like the making of electrolysis to me. Looks like I will need to change a least 4 of my current seacocks. The others still have plugs in good condition and I have one spare 1 ? plug left. Do you have a recommendation for what I should change to? Thank you again--Jeff
